NeoChord, Inc.

A CLA graduate with a degree in speech communication, Seaberg's "big picture thinking" has guided a career that has taken him through sales and executive leadership positions, as well as a number of start-up companies. Today, he heads NeoChord Inc., the medical device company he founded in 2006.

Bergmark left a good job as the manager at Control Data to create an innovative business: a one-stop service for people dealing with any kind of health-related issue. The result was Optum, which not only promised quality service, but quantifiable results, whether someone needed help with a broken bone or a broken marriage.
